WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE
For couples who've done the planning and simply want the peace of mind of handing over the reins, this package sees us step in six weeks out to finalise every detail, liaise directly with your vendors, and ensure the day you've so carefully planned unfolds exactly as you imagined, without you lifting a finger.

​From that point, we become your vendors' main point of contact, build your day-of runsheet and floor plans, and are on hand for every last-minute question.
In the final days, we're on-site for your rehearsal and oversee setup, and be there on the day — cueing the key moments, managing the timeline, and quietly handling anything that comes up so you never have to.
